Artistic Tribute to Satyajit Ray
Ramita Bhaduri, born on September 27, from Kolkata, India, made 42 paintings on canvas on Satyajit Ray's films' theme in her view, based on 36 films ( including additional parts of his films 'Teen Kanya' & 'Kapurush O Mahapurush' and 2 portraits of Satyajit Ray) of Oscar winning filmmaker Satyajit Ray.
She paid artistic tribute to legendary film director, writer and illustrator, during his birth centenary year. These paintings were exhibited at Nandan, WBFC, Kolkata and ICCR, New Delhi.
